Tenar, he never won the auction and you can therefore NOT charge him for the withdrawal fee. According to the OP the auction ends 24 hours after the last valid bid. He posted his bid 5 hours ago. His bid was the leading bid, not the winning bid. Leading is NOT equal to winning. If he sent you the tc, Tenar, send it right back to him.
