Every time I've been banned it's been during the period of a event. So I never really realized I was banned until like I read the threads in my clan "omg freelancer is banned?!"

Yeah, I've been banned before. Not here though, have avoided the infraction or two

Banned once, on Combat Arms.
Some douchebag made a video and assumed I was hacking because I got 9 knife headshots in a row (like within 13 seconds) on a knife-lobby.... Twice.
They un-banned me 3 days later because I wasn't hacking >_>

I've never been banned, but I've had some infractions.

It's not really about being careful, it's just about using common sense and reading the rules.
