Tips :
- Use shaders and custom shader if you can.
- Remove the HUD (/op hud 0) before the screenshot.
- Don't forget to use you custom folder
- Send 800x600 pictures or higher.

No limit. But as CMon said, a lot effects doesn't mean the picture will be good. For example, you can add blur, bumpmapping, B&W with the red blood... but not too much effetcs

The only criterion of judgement is estheticism. If your screenshot looks fine without effects, keep it simple.
Since to only criteria of judgment is esthetism, I'm afraid that your picture will be put at a disadvantage... send it to me and we'll see

I have some cool replays that I can take pictures of, but I don't know how to turn off the HUD, can someone tell me please?
