I'm going to miss the internet. But, I'm pretty sure this will only affect American websites. So, Google and al those other websites can just re-open in other countries. But, the bill says it will block American DNS servers from accessing the websites IP's, effectively blocking Americans from those websites.

In a nutshell this will be most likely another fail attempt to censor america. Its going to crash and fail, making them lose whatever credability they had left.

Yeah, people will riot the shit out of them anyway, so no worries.
