Nice DSC, here are some tips on recruiting.

*Pick friendly players with decent grammar or else you will get a bad reputation.

*Do not accept players if they have a bad history of infractions and bans. They might say that have they changed, but no-one really changes.

*If you want forum-active people, goto the "Discussion" Thread and look for people with intelligent answers that are not in a clan. A lot of those guys are well-known and respected.

*If you want to get players with high belts, don't just pick someone because they are a Custom Belt. A lot of them have under 200 posts on the forums which means that they are most-likely far from forum-active.
