IIRC the no-sync option was on the same tab as where you set the FPS to record at, like below it & it was a tick box. It's been a while etc.
Anyway turn it on, disable sound, set the game + FRAPS to run at 60 fps. It'll likely run like shit when recording, but the video will come out fine. The magic of no-sync.
Also don't buy software direct from manufacturers - especially Vegas. You can get it a lot cheaper else where.

Also Fraps works like shit when I try to record toribash. It freezes and it goes back to 1 fps and it doesn't record.
