Well normally the top soldiers, captains and higher could recruit people. but Jepoy and rocker made the decission that only rocker or jepoy could recruit.
Why? because DAT was growing too fast and DAT is one of the biggest clans or maybe the biggest so we need to get a littlebit of control on the recruitment.
i don't recruit ppl anymore, cause i'm pissed of getting like 5 pms everyday of ppl who wanna get tested. I'm doing nothing else than testing ppl. If i find some good ppl i invite them. Btw i think we should become an invite only clan

I agree. We should be invite only and, if possible there should be at least two ppl referring those who wish to join.
