Head looks interesting, I love most of you're textures...This one is rather different to what you use to make....
Anyways, something that bothers me is about the in-game part, the face would be way to dark, it is not even certain it would be visible (I may be wrong, but heads tend to get really dark). And the face, it looks as if it is the right proportons atm, but if you make a sphere out of it, won't it be a little bit too wide/stretched?
It looks like a really good head, I love the choice of colors too.
The part on the back, the one emitting hair/liquid/thread? I think you might want to make it a little more obvious on what that is, maybe bring out some harder shading, as the threads on the front look much darker/clearer.
