the teeth look liek they are on the outside, add some shadows

The head is very good,and even though its an early Wip it looks quite realistic. The bloodshot eyes give it that great detail and the ears and hair kick it all of well done and carry on.

add shading to the lips. Lipstick is supposed to make your lips more full looking and shiny. It looks flat to me.
