Well, usually one just posts the whole thing, and then people join. If you can't be bothered to spend 5 or 10 minutes to make a decent thread about it, just because it might not succeed, I'm not sure you're really fit to lead a clan. Perhaps try to make a clan without such strict membership requirements?
