EDIT: i have just took a break from learning and played for a while . this game sucks ... i mean ,there were nicer people when i was here ,we could talk about any other shit but not only about ripping your arms off ... i might play some wushu when i'll get my acc back.god ,wushu was great !

Dunno for sure but lots of people left. Generally everything changed a lot.
Don't forget about the gmt's. I do look into the forums every 2 -3 hours, atleast at the weekend (because I am yet in another clan, but I am allowed to post here)
Polish and german guys are in gmt+1, brazil and USA are on the other side of the world.. even china, india are some hours in difference

And so went alot of the oldfags out of the new generation Toribash. As you said, it was more fun back in the days. You took a few friends to your server and had alot of fun.
I quit playing mp when I met all the new kids, talking bullshit all over the way
Playing with your clan only is like the only thing for me, that is OK. This game doesn't bring anything cool, since the stupid flames came out.
ORMO and ADDICTED in glory times was a part that I missed very hard. Now I just don't care anymore.. this game shall die (:
