Super generic and stiff, you overuse hold
Also you seem to kick with your thigh instead of your ankle or foot, which doesn't look very nice
The crotch kick was very stiff and there was no ankle movement, try to relax and see what happens
The chest kick was decent, but again very stiff
Do you really need to grab for each kick? It would look much better if you didn't
The pose wass good, and I kinda liked the last spin
