Woah, 36k? Nah, I tried haggling, I doubt anyone will out bid me. Which is the main reason why no one else is offering on all and instead theyre offering on 2 seperate items. My prices were:

10k Hunter
5k camp
And 17k ground, which is how I got 32k. Not really gonna go higher than those
