Sleepless:
Starting run was good but it can be improved,
First flip and boom was really good, and the combo there was just...sexy.
The kick afterwards was fine and wtf another combo...
But that punch made you lose all your flow and balance,
You just fell and took some time to get up, that was bad.
Pose was nice, balanced and cool.
Academy:
While running, your pec timing is really important, try to use your glutes and pec to keep running straight. Using shoulders are mostly bad while running, because it makes you lose your balance. Try not using the chest too, looks kinda weird and unrealistic.
And while running, keep your ankles contracted to lean forward.
