and whether it includes the art too..

an only body full texture is 19 texture items (without trails)..
full body texture with bumpmap is 19+21 = 40 texture items (without trails)..

a full trails is 4*5.000 TC = 20.000 TC
each bumpmap is 10.000 TC, so a full bumpmap means 210.000 TC
each 128 texture is 20.00 TC
each 256 texture is 10.000 TC
each 512 texture is 20.000 TC
