lowered the opacity of the meme then made a new layer and painted over the lines

so on that pic every line and every shadow and everything u see there i painted on Photoshop CS5

uggggh >.< opacity means that u can see through it and layers means u make a new picture ontop of another and then i painted it all myself -.- if u dont get it this time im sorry but idk how else to explain it but since you guys posted you're acuzations i have to make a new thread for this
