I can't think of a single techno or electronica band, to be honest.

Although you can find a lot of remixes and suchlike at ocremix.org. I usually just fiddle around the internets until I find something I like, then I get it, then I do it again, etc. I'm currently landed with Burning Rangers, a Mario 64 ocremix, and the BGM files from Titanion.
