eh, honestly man, Shaders are great. But you have to be careful, I'm running on an ATI Xpress 200, I can run shaders, I can run the cell shading, but honestly when it comes to playing day to day I dont because it lags and I would rather have a fun experiance then a pretty one. I mean, Its great for making videos, but if you can get by looking at lower end graphics in exchange for faster play, you may be better off going with T.C. or somthing.

I'd suggest buying a graphics card. It can be useful for upcoming games too and you can win Toricredits and Qi with time, but you can't win a graphics card.

The shaders that you can use with a new gfx card will last longer/give a better playin g experience in the long run. What's the point in having full colours, when they still look pixelated and blocky ?

As for buying Qi, you'll probably just get ridiculed for it by half the community, and no one will *actually* believe that you're a super-high belt.
