What I mean by that was, maybe he never played Multiplayer but he kept playing Single Player, and that's why he's only Orange Belt

No, I somewhat doubt it. As he said, he put Toribash off for a long time. I checked out some of the replays he did when he started, and while they weren't as good as the stuff now, they were good in their own respect.
I doubt that he would have been able to find that move anywhere. If you can somehow find it, be my guest, but you won't. The Wiki doesn't have madmans, and I doubt he knows about Enishika's. (or however you spell it.)

You misunderstood my definition of a tutorial. What I said was the moves he used. As in you coudn't find the moves he used anywhere else. Tutorials don't teach you how to do moves. They are more or less guidelines. Move tutorials you could find in the Move section of the wiki, and Enishika's for exact replications.
