This would be a simply horrible idea, if I wanted to post in my clan DSC I couldn't because of my qi?! This seems like a waste of time and at least posts under the belt limit bump the thread a little bit. The only time I can EVER find this helpful is if you are having a shop where you are selling something like a pure force or a void lax and you want to keep out people who don't know the correct qi amount for it.

First of all this is actually possible, however I don't think it's justified. You can see people's qi right on people's posts, and that already gives you all the information you need. So it's hard to say if adding this would actually improve anything.
