So do you mean like an opponent just like uke but more competitive yet better "uke" who has high AI and when you defeat that "uke" you receive a prize? is that what you are trying to tell us?

well people might farm then beat that "evil monster" after beating that monster they just send the TC to themselves which makes it unfair and at the same time farming
