Download & install the AMD processor drivers, they usually clear up most problems where their gear is concerned.

When that happens to me i just uncheack alot of things from the option area trust me that works but leave your textures on

What? It's neither. His machine is more than capable of running TB with everything turned on.

It just needs a bit of poking to optimize it, more specifically as I already stated it needs the AMD processor drivers to iron out the biggest slowdown cause.
