Specifically, Anonymous is calling upon website owners to take down their normal pages and replace them with a page that explains the reasons for the change (and protest), and they're also asking that they help spread the word to their fellow site owners and encourage them to do the same.
I don't understand english much, explain it to me:
The U.S. Government wants to turn the Internet into a private surveillance system. It's called CISPA, and this Spring we're organizing the largest online privacy protest in history to stop it for good. Are you in?

Basically, your personal information will get passed around like a joint.
And this.

Besides, I am still doing research, so don't expect any sure statements from me.
You make it sound like everyone who opposed SOPA actually read the bill before protesting.
Those articles explain exactly what has everyone been thinking about the bill and causing all the hype. It's not necessarily true. Besides, I am still doing research, so don't expect any sure statements from me.
Why do you support it just because other people support it? That is full retard band wagoning Hero.
Read the bill and make a decision after being educated.
The bill isn't bad BECAUSE of its contents, it's bad because it's a foot in the door. It allows for future expansion that will pass through more easily. Look up the damn foot in the door phenomenon.
