A similar case happened to me
A client asked for a head similar to chris's and I made a reworked version of it.
I almost got banned because of how similar it was to chris' I didnt steal chris' head it was just very similar.
Sadly in the toribash community you cannot use 1 set/head as a reference to make another.

Kitty said in the thread I showed that he made it to be similar to xTheMistx's set, that is against the market rules. So he cannot sell it.

I thought I was pretty clear on the original thread that it was blatantly copying. Which isn't allowed. Which, by extension, means you shouldn't try to sell the set.
