Ah, yes, Alphasonik, i can't make my own vector pics yet cuz it's just second my work so that's why i use ref pics.
Actually i found it by "gorilla in rage" words.

I want make thunder eyes, Django. I mean like overpowered guys have. If you know what i mean.

Quick tip:
Don't vector all the little details.
Sometimes black and white works WAY better.
