I found in the hacking tutorial that the id for the abs was 3, so I added 1000 velocity to it and this is what i got.

Therefore I was left thinking it was the joint that was controlled by the values and not the actual block. Since the groin can be taken apart so it is without any joint I didn't know what to do.
