I have tried to update my graphics drivers and now itis downloading and installing something called "ATI - Catalyst Install manager" is this right?

Itried the other thing where i update the SDL and opened it up. Its finally worked and is letting me register. Thanks a lot to everyone who has helped, I am extremely grateful.
