Reducing banned player's rank
If someone gets a ban he has his ratio reduced.

Get rid of "ranking farmers" from the global ranking

The ranking will be more fair.

Most of this is a problem because our current ranking system needs a lot of work, but the changes on the ranking system haven't been unanimous or at the very least have taken a backseat to more "important" things that need addressing in Toribash first.
