3-Dimensional Textures
Simple but sexy. How cool would It be if there was a way to forge textures In a 3D way and add them to your tori and their would be parts sticking out of your tori? Kinda like this -

Do Not Press!

Notice how the there is this thing that sticks out at the bottom? Kinda like that Ofcourse based on the fact the hair is sometimes glitch and isn't really fully "finished" this will probably have to wait years to come. But if toribash hired some professional game developers (IDK if you can even be professional at that) maybe they could add these but It would probably need to be played on a system MADE for gaming - and here starts the money issues.

I guess if toribash was less skill, more fun then maybe this could be added "If toribash wasn't as unsupportive of most ideas as it is now." When i say that i just mean that toribash cant support most cool ideas (not the community, the game).

I have trouble running 4.5 as it is, and this would probably make it 10x harder. Honestly I think its ridiculous, the textures are fine as they are.
Thank you Ba$ed God.

But, Toribash's game-play doesn't depend on that. Furthermore, there are a ton of other much simple, and more important game-play suggestions that can enhance the experience of this game.

If the collision boxes on the models aren't changed there is no harm done.

Right..but sometimes the game requires a certain level of precision. I suppose if we can toggle between 3D textures and normal ones then it'll work out fine!
Your messed up world enthrills me

Oh god, ima change that now. It was just that was the first thing that came to mind because I love console (Xbox) but I'm going to take that off.

I like that people assume it'd make a huge performance difference. Wait I don't, because I don't like stupid...

Tori's already have fairly complex meshes in relation to the shapes, it's highly likely that the OPs example image would have a lower poly count (sounds strange, but it's true). You're all also forgetting that the main factor in TB performance is the CPU, rendering isn't the CPUs job so unless you're using some crappy/outdated hardware that shouldn't be running games in the first place there will be no noticeable difference so long as the collision detection isn't changed.

it's not as expensive as you make it sound like.

if you play toribash only because it's free and thats the only game your ancient netbook can run at all doesn not make said situation normal.
ah wait, i just described the majority of tb players in last sentence

back on topic: UGC 3d textures is some sci-fy stuff in terms of this game and forum, but alternative bodyparts that have the same physics properties as default shapes (like hair) would be welcome

Possibly instead of new textures maybe purchasable models for your character. They would already be pre made and you just buy the one you want.
