Well, it's pretty obvious that many people CAN do it. I think he ment the way he's teaching it is for 11th dimension people.

this glass ball is a very hard thing to do, while you where my apprentice... (i regret that now ¬.¬) i was gonna teach you but you never got that hang of things enough to do that... other orb type things you probably can do, but none of them will be as good at that one.
