They are upset because they paid $20 for the full version and now everyone gets it for free. Though they got what they paid for.
Also that we were supposedly promised a gift that we havent recieved. And I won my reg key in a tk comp a day after I joined =P. Also upset that now n00bs can be everywhere being all n00bish.
If they had to pay with real money then a refund would be good, but if they paid with tcs then who cares?
