The skin on the upper part of that cavity looks like it was stretched too much, I think you could maybe make it as if it was ripped, or something like that.

too tall or too skinny, cant tell without context.
but dayum, dem shoes are meant for some oddly shaped feet.
could also use some more umph in his squads, as it stands someone definitely skipped leg day at the gym.

otherwise its looking like quite an interesting project

yeah I usually do this. Make the pieces in Maya a bit square and symmetrical, because its way easier to smooth it out and make make it unsymmetrical in Zbrush than Maya. I have added some umph in his squads now, going to post an update once I get the pants and the lab-coat down.

Blood comes later when I have started painting the model. You usually want to get every detail in the sculpting/modeling down before you start painting.
