run that in terminal to get mods working.
Not yet, as the maintainer isn't sure if the problem is with the linux version ony, or is there similar problems with the windows or mac -versions.

Alright, so there's an updated version in the new repository, which can be found here: http://linux.toribash.com/apt.html

The version 3.41-5 fixed at least the bug with the settings being not saved between game sessions, so it's highly recommended to update ASAP
