I know I started with bad vids, but really, dont add random effects, clips, cuts between main vid etc. Also, adding fx's is useless if you can't controll speed, try do some syncing because there was any.
Also use commads (at least /opt hud 0 then double click esc to get rid of [game] thingy) and shaders.
