You don't need an ego to be happy. Being egotistical is the definition of an asshole. Egotistical drummers who brag who is better do not get gigs or good careers and that goes for other musicians. Having a self-steem is good but having a big ego is not healthy at all, it is annoying. You have been putting much work into the video, and I deeply respect that, but angrily yelling at your clan members for replays does not help much. Self-esteem is also a bit different from an ego. Self-esteem is thinking good of yourself, having an ego is thinking yourself as better and more important than others.
