ok, thanks, what if Im doing mp parkour? Also, sometimes I extend my leg to far up to get it down in time for the next step, is there any way to fix this?

That's a bit tricky and involves lots of experience to run long distances, since you can't really use glutes, you need to use other body parts to compensate, which is to be done with good planning prior to when the glute is needed. Basically make a run which tries not to use glutes, but it won't look as good. Yes in mp, lumbar helps, but try not to bend it fully, because trying to bend it back to normal can change the direction in your run and may also start to make you spin.
