Anywho, to get your spirits up I've made up a list comprised of only the good things in your video. (I also have a "positive" negative list below that as well)
*used a shader
*screen pumps match with music
*some movement sync
bad:
*horrible audio, try not to boost songs more than 1 or 2 levels higher than the original
*bad movement sync, you cannot sync videos to only screen pumps, that's a nono. Some times you can get away with screen pumps without movement sync if it flows well and looks good overall
*bad blur, try to blur the outermost edges of the video. sometimes if you have bad camera angles, it will blur out key parts of the replay, which brings me to keyframing
*bad keyframing, try to smooth out your keyframes, set one every 80 frames. try to keep either tori or uke in the center at all times
