4GB. That's actually a hell of a lot more then Toribash could ever use.
In fact, 32-bit computers can't even use all of it.

it shouldn't effect SINGLEPLAYER,
i'm not really sure what it is. i do test now on those stupid internet things.
but i can play those games without problem at multiplayer

Vista cakes on a lot CPU hogging unnecessary applications that get in the way, try turning off the sidebar. Your Hard Drive could be running low on space. Try uninstalling games you do not play.

8 Mbps isn't that slow.
Still roughly 400x the speed of 56k.
But as said would not affect singleplayer in the slightest.
That's more then enough for multiplayer games with a lot more players then TB has.
The numbers NEVER end in zero.
Go to www.speedtest.net to get a proper result.
