There's still belts, and TC, you just can't acquire it in Private servers, AKA servers made by other players, this is due to farmers.

Now you can only acquire QI and TC from the default servers which are #'s 1-21, just sort the list in order for server number and the top 21 are the ones that still give you TC / QI.
