did you play in multi-player for at least 10 min?

Guys I believe he's referring to firstperson textures placed in his custom folder rather than using the texture item bought from the Torishop.

Make sure they're named correctly, (r_bicep.tga, l_bicep.tga, head.tga, r_tricep.tga, etc.)

And make sure you put them in the correct Custom folder (The one named after you.)
