i hold all, contract left pec, extend right pec, contract right elbow, lower right shoulder, contract left elbow, right chest, right lumbar, contract abbs, contract right hip, extend left hip,extend left ankle, extend both glutes, and both knees. this kick is a very good starter, although it can leave you in the air, so you can get flipped and pinned.
