It's a wooden dagger, longer than it looks in the photo ~40 cm long. Hasn't had much practical use the last 100-500 (not sure when people stopped using them), but before that they were used to jab down people's neck (just above the suprasternal notch) to kill them. Mine is actually the only one I've ever seen, but these days it's naught but an old world relic.
