Which drugs are we talking about exactly?
Cause I don't see kids bringing meth, heroine, cocaine, etc... to school.
Tobacco products can be on campus if the student is 18, anyone caught under that gets in some type of trouble. [It usually varies on the conduct history of the student]
When I was 17, I was caught at school with Chewing tobacco and only got one day In-school suspension cause I am such a good little carrot.
Anything goes though.
Tobacco doesn't really count since it's pretty legal so they don't exactly care if you use it when you're older.
Still a drug, but since it's legal it's debatable on whether or not to even consider it seeing as how no one actually sells it, people buy it from stores where it's actually legal.
Well I live in a really bad city with a terrible High School. I'm sure our city has one of the largest heroine epidemics in my state. Kids probably do know drugs are bad but a lot of them still try them. Trying to teach kids and making it unacceptable in society is a fairly hard thing to do considering kids don't listen very well. Plus, lots of kids parents are the ones who they found out about drugs from.
Marijuana is a drug.
A drug is a chemical substance that has known biological effects on humans or other animals. A lot of drugs are man-made, but saying there aren't naturally-made drugs would rule out many types of "shrooms" which are definitely drugs.
Drugs don't even have to alter your state of mind. Penicillin is a drug, there's not a thin line defining what a drug is.
Either it's a drug or it's not.
Better go get the cane out of the attic, cause that's definitely the best solution :^)
Ecstasy on the other hand has never came up in my school. Although the last two years experienced a rapid increase in kids taking Acid.
lol just imagine kids on acid at school. On the other hand that is one of the good drugs unlike heroin and meth. Weed is ok with me, dosen't rlly hurt anybody.
Drugs will always be sold everywhere, nothing to do about that except make them legal.
