You just gotta dismember your body part with enough force, grab it, and throw it towards an opponent. I personally dislike Skeeting. I don't want to learn how to. But it is a neat tactic for some.

but anyway, contract pecs elbows and wrists and grab with ur hands, wait 50 frames. work from there. also, ppl dont like it hen you skeet. NEVER skeet with a huge bet on your head

getting a dm with a foot skeet is ridiculously easy
breaking your own foot without kicking the ground, thats another story
try skeeting with a light body part like your own hand

Try skeeting with a whole limb, like your leg or arm.
