The large majority of the video I quite liked. Liked the feel of the video with the calm colour correction. The only thing that I wasn't really a fan of was the black flicker thingo's, personal opinion though. 
Other than that it was pretty cool.
Also, if you did use velocity, what was the lowest % you used??

I'm sure it could be smoother if it was indeed recorded in 60fps.

The lowest % I was able to go without it going all choppy on me was around 30-25%.
