Lies, I'm still surprised nobody has mentioned ManBreakfast,
or even, Clan Breakfast

Though I think Eggs, Bacon, a Sammich, and some Milk is the best breakfast,
simply because it tastes absolutely wonderful, and fill's you up.
(Depending on how manly you make your sandwiches of coarse.)

Spicy scrambled eggs (eggs mixed with green peppers/chili/tomato and lots of pepper) with chili sauce on the side, a cup of coffee. When I can't be assed to do that, I make warm sandwiches.

I have to say another healthy and tasty breakfast was a beer and three buns, and a row of chocolate - then continuing with a cigarette. It's all healthy, seriously.
