Maybe adding more writing, anyone could do this man you need to stand out.

I've fixed the face. I thought the eyes and stuff was too big before.

Looks nice, i think you should add some dragon tatoo-ish symbols and some clothing effects so it actually looks like a ninja suit. I gotta say, i kinda dislike the elbow joints though. if you see swexx, he doesnt use any joint textures and the set still looks good. Try to keep it that way as very few people use joint textures anyway.

Yeah I know swexx doesn't use any joint texture, but I don't want to make it so that you have to get any special force to make it look good. And also the one that is gonna buy it doesn't have to use the joint textures if they don't want to or can. But I like the idea with dragon tatoo.

allright, but i still dont like the elbow textures. they look wierd. You take it your way though. ^^

A good start, I'd build from there, add finer details. I recommend gimp or Photoshop if you want to get the best results. If you gave me the reigns for this I could see with a bit of hard work you could make a real cool set.
