I think this thread should be used for small announcements i.e. reached a higher belt, recruited somebody, etc. All the "welcome!" stuff still deserve it's own thread, though.

OfPhailure, the clans that are made from the people who leave Phantom always fail and die. They're just making the wrong choice and are silly people. You're a great leader.
