I'm having difficulty getting my edits to be smooth and having much more flow because my computer pretty much sucks, and it takes time to load and do anything ..
What program are you using? You might want to consider trying to render proxies to lower load times
Also you should try to record in 60fps if possible, you can do it even on a terrible computer if you use the right recording settings

Yeah, Holotor was kinda right bout the laggy part. It synced but smooth movements are much better in slow motion.
