Once you buy the flame it will be an item in your deactive like the ones in the Flame set in mine and when you click "activate" it will activate it so it's on your tori.
Too look at a flame without owning one type /lf 0 followed by the ID for example /lf 0 1234 now this will come up with 1DL in the bottom left of your screen which shows it is downloading the flame cache the all you need to do is type the command again and the flame will show.
Few tips:
You can load up to 5 flames at once e.g /lf 0 1 2 3 4 5
0 = tori and 1 = UKE
if flames are not showing type /opt particles 1
